Shipping policy

We process orders Monday through Friday between 7am to 4pm EST.

Orders are processed and shipped 2-3 business days, orders placed on holidays and weekends are processed on the next business day.

Once the orders are shipped, tracking will be sent to the email on the order. Shipping method cannot be changed once the order is shipped. Please select appropriate shipping method (Economy, Standard, Express) during the checkout.

Orders are shipped from Cleveland, OH USA.

Local deliveries within 10 miles from zip 44241 will be delivered within 2 business days.
